Most items are shipped via Canada Post, and ship from Stephenville, Newfoundland! 

We have found that a lot of items (in particular parts such as bobbin cases, needles, presser feet, shanks, etc.) will fit in a bubble mailer, and ships for $8.99.  So up to $150.00 we have a Flat Fee of $8.99.  If we can mail out your part that way, we will.  So far we have had no problems mailing out this way.

We recommend using expedited parcel as it provides tracking information.  Once it leaves here, it is Canada Posts responsibility.

Some exceptions may apply for free shipping (NW Territories, Yukon, Nunavut parts of Quebec, and other areas of Canada such as Labrador sometimes have higher shipping costs than that of the rest of Canada). Please contact us for a quote, or if we find a unusually high shipping cost when completing your order, we will contact you, let you know the cost, and you can decide if you want to go ahead with the order.  We will do our best to get your product to you the most cost efficient way that we are able.
