All items are shipped via Canada Post, and ship from Stephenville, Newfoundland! 

We have found that a lot of items (in particular parts such as bobbin cases, needles, presser feet, shanks, etc.) will fit in a bubble mailer, and ships for $5.99.  If we can mail out your part that way, we will.  So far we have had no problems mailing out this way.

We recommend using expedited parcel as it provides tracking information.  Once it leaves here, it is Canada Posts responsibility.
